Quantitative's Dr Martin Gosnell won the prestigious 2016 Australian Museum Eureka Award for Science and Innovation which was announced at the awards Ceremony at Town Hall, Sydney on 31st August 2016.

Dr Gosnell collectively with Macquarie University's Prof Ewa Goldys were recognised for their outstanding innovation in the area of hyperspectral imaging and the wonderful potential for future applications for this technology.
